Alphonse Gabriel Capone
Al Capone was one of the most ruthless killers that ever walked
the streets of Chicago. He made a lot of money in bootlegging and
operating speakeasies, up to 100 million dollars a year! In his most
famous killing, the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, he had seven rival gang
members assassined, ruining his good reputation for many people. The
cops couldn't prove anything he had done though, so they eventually
got him on tax evasion. He was sent to jail in 1932, and wasn't let out
for six and a half years, only to be on parole until he died in 1947.
